Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Panther Volleyball Academy (“PVA”) summer camp website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of the site
The Site provides live camp schedules, scores, playoff brackets, and related information for campers, parents, coaches, commissioners, and staff. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the camp. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute camp data without permission.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with PVA.
SMS messaging & consent
PVA operates a two-way SMS support line during camp for parents, guardians, and adult campers. When you send an SMS or place a voice call to the published camp support number, you consent to receive SMS replies and follow-up messages from PVA camp staff. This is a user-initiated support channel, not a broadcast list, and it is used only for camp logistics (schedule updates, pickup/dropoff coordination, responses to your questions, and urgent camp communications).
- Message frequency varies by conversation; typically 1–5 messages per exchange.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email tom.ackerman@greenville.edu.
- Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Staff members on the camp on-call roster also consent to receive operational SMS and voice alerts from PVA by joining the roster, and may opt out by contacting camp administration.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Panther Volleyball Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content for personal camp purposes only.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PVA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site, scores, schedules, or other content. We strive for accuracy, but schedules and scores may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panther Volleyball Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
